Refund and Cancellation Policy

Stripe charges the card the workspace owner enters at checkout. Meena Marketing LLC does not store the full card number. The public prices on sendorra.com are placeholders until checkout is started inside the app. The amount Stripe shows at checkout is the amount that will be charged.

Plans renew each month until you cancel. A renewal is charged in advance for the next period. Unused sends do not roll over and are not converted to credit.

The workspace owner can cancel from the billing section in settings, or by emailing admin@meenamarketing.com from the owner address with the workspace name. Support hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not delete the workspace by itself. You can keep reading data on the free limits that remain, or ask us to close the workspace. Suppression records are kept so opted-out addresses stay opted out.

Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded, except where the law of Georgia or the United States requires a refund, or where Meena Marketing LLC agrees to one in writing.

A first charge made in error, a duplicate charge, or a charge after a cancellation we confirmed in time for that renewal will be refunded to the original payment method through Stripe.

We do not refund a period in which the workspace was suspended for a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy or the Anti-Spam Policy.

Email admin@meenamarketing.com with the workspace name, the Stripe receipt, and the reason. We reply during Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern. An approved refund is issued by Stripe and can take several business days to appear.
