Acceptable Use Policy

Mail only people who asked to hear from that workspace. A purchased, rented, scraped, appended, or harvested list is not consent. A pre-checked box is not consent. An address you found on a website is not consent.

Record when and how the person opted in. Use the double opt-in form when the list is new or the source is unclear. Do not mail someone who has not confirmed, if you turned confirmation on.

No unlawful content. No phishing, malware, or pages that ask for passwords, seed phrases, or payment details under a false name. No deceptive From names, forged domains, or hidden tracking hosts.

No gambling, betting, casinos, or sportsbooks. No adult or sexual content, escort services, or dating whose purpose is sex. No cannabis, CBD, or other drug offers. No weapons sales.

No crypto, forex, or get-rich-quick schemes, and no MLM income claims. No payday loans or debt-relief offers. No pharmaceutical offers unless you are licensed to make them. No hate. No counterfeit or replica goods.

No mail after a person unsubscribes, complains, or hard-bounces. The product writes those addresses to the suppression list. Do not import them again under a different list.

No content that impersonates another business, a mailbox provider, or a government agency.

You may send affiliate offers when the relationship is honest. Say that you may earn a commission if the reader buys through your link. Do not disguise an affiliate offer as an independent review, and do not make an income claim the offer cannot support.

Affiliate programs for gambling, adult content, drugs, weapons, unlicensed pharma, payday lending, or get-rich schemes are still prohibited. The category rules above win.

A truthful subject, the workspace postal address, and a working unsubscribe. Sendorra adds the unsubscribe link, one-click List-Unsubscribe headers, and the operator identity of Meena Marketing LLC in the default footer.

Authenticate the sending domain before you leave the console transport. The platform MAIL FROM host for sendorra.com is send.sendorra.com.

A complaint rate above 0.3% after at least 100 sends in 30 days pauses the workspace until an operator reviews it. High hard-bounce rates are treated as evidence of a bad list.
