A workspace customer is responsible for the contact lists they upload and for telling their own subscribers how that mail is used. Sendorra processes that list on the customer's instructions.

Account data: name, email address, password hash, workspace role, and optional two-factor secret. We do not store the password itself.

Workspace content: contacts, lists, tags, custom fields, campaign copy, automation steps, files uploaded as brand knowledge, and the postal address the customer puts in the footer.

Delivery and site data: sends, bounces, complaints, unsubscribes, opens, clicks, and events from the tracking snippet, including page address and a first-party visitor cookie.

Billing data: if a workspace pays, Stripe processes the card. We store the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and the plan name. We do not store full card numbers.

Support mail sent to admin@meenamarketing.com, and the technical logs needed to keep the service running.

We use this information to host the workspace, send the mail the customer queued, suppress addresses that bounced, complained, or unsubscribed, score and draft copy, and collect payment through Stripe.

AI drafts are sent to the configured model provider, Grok by default, only when that provider's key is set. Brand notes the customer uploaded can be included in that request. We do not sell personal information.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Amazon SES in us-east-1 delivers mail when that transport is on, using the configuration set sendorra-default and the MAIL FROM host send.sendorra.com. The application is hosted for Meena Marketing LLC.

A model provider receives the prompt needed to draft or explain a message. An embedding provider receives text the customer chose to index, when that key is set.

The app sets an HTTP-only session cookie so you stay signed in, and a short-lived cookie during two-factor sign-in. The tracking snippet sets a first-party visitor id on the customer's site. These are not advertising cookies.

Workspace data stays until the customer deletes it or the account is closed. Suppression records are kept so a later import cannot quietly re-mail someone who opted out. Server logs are kept for operations and security.

Email admin@meenamarketing.com to ask for a copy of your account data or to delete a workspace. We respond during Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern. A person on a customer's list should use the unsubscribe link in that message, or email us and we will forward the request to the workspace.

Sendorra is a business product and is not directed at children under 16. Do not upload a list of children.
